Dee Ruzicka

Born and raised in the "show me" state of Missouri, Dee was the 3rd of 14 Children, with 84 (plus) first cousins, Dee naturally grew up mentoring and teaching. When she walked into a Possibilities seminar a number of years ago, she knew she had found something that worked. Not only did it work for her, but also she saw how wonderfully it worked for those she loved.

Dee holds a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, she has worked for Fortune 500 companies as well as not-for-profit organizations, she has held positions from management consultant to corporate trainer and teacher. She brings over 20 years experience as a life coach and change agent, helping people grow past their stopping places.

Dynamic, caring and a born teacher, she loves to engage people in their learning process and provide tools so that they can fly. Possibilities programs provide processes so that everyone can learn, grow, and soar to new heights.
